At LifeChange, we're crazy about Kids! And we believe that God is crazy about kids! We also believe that church should be a place that is fun AND encouraging to kids’ faith. With a secure, electronic check-in (birth-3rd grade) and background checks for everyone serving in the kids through teens ministry areas, we're dedicated to the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of each child.
WHEN: Sunday Mornings during all 3 of worship services!
WHO: Kindergarten - 3rd Grade (note: nursery-Pre K have their own meeting spaces in our West Wing during the same hour).
WHERE: LifeChange Kids Worship Center in our North Wing.
ARRIVAL: Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the service begins.
CHECK-IN: A check-in host will help you sign-in your child and will show you where to go.
Just so you know…
What are some updated cleaning policies you have in place to limit the risk of spreading germs?
We will have a bin of freshly sanitized toys for each Sunday.
Our Kids MInistry Team and custodians will wipe down all surfaces after each service.
Changing tables will be fully sanitized after each use.
During craft times, each child will have their own supplies to limit sharing.
Team Members are required to wash their hands before entering the kids spaces and will frequently sanitize their hands throughout the service.
Team Members will wear gloves while changing diapers and assisting children with bathroom needs.
What will the check in/check out process be like?
Please note that these added steps may take additional time when dropping off your children. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before the service time.
THE CHURCH CENTER (CHECK-IN) APP: The quickest and easiest way method for checking in is by downloading the Church Center app and pre-checking your family before coming into the building. Then when you arrive at the Check In area, you’ll simply need to scan the QR code at the kiosk and labels will be printed. We highly recommend this check in method!
If you do not check in with the app, a Check-In Host will type all your information into the iPad. Only hosts will use the iPads in order to limit touchpoints for everyone.
Please understand that when you check your child in for LifeChange Kids Ministries, you are agreeing that your child is healthy (signs will be posted with guidelines). Also, when you check in your child, you are releasing LifeChange Community Church from any liability for virus exposure.
Please use hand sanitizer on your child (or wash hands in the bathroom) immediately before they enter their classroom.
If you need to leave a diaper bag with your child, please consider simplifying it to only the essential items. Diaper bags should be clearly labeled with your child's name.
