Men, join us for a weekend of camping on the Pere Marquette River! We will have teachings and discussion time to encourage your leadership in your home, workplace, and church. Plus, we'll have TONS of free time to enjoy the great outdoors. With nearby access to hiking, fishing, boating, dirt bike trails and more, this will be an encouraging and relaxing weekend!

Who: Men of LifeChange. Fathers, you may bring your son(s) ages 13+

When: July 21-23. Arrive Friday afternoon/evening at your leisure, and we will wrap up by noon on Sunday...but feel free to stay and enjoy the outdoors.

Cost: FREE, but please register to let us know you’re coming!

Where:
7359 S Riverbend Rd
Branch, MI 49402

We will be camping on 1 acre on the Pere Marquette River.

What to Sleep In:
It's camping! There is plenty of space for tents or hammocks. Want to bring your trailer? While there are no electricity or water hookups, there is plenty of space to park a camper for the weekend.

There is access to a port-a-jon for the weekend.

Food & Beverages:
You'll supply your own food and beverages for the weekend. We will have access to a grill or campfire if needed, and if you have your own cooking supplies you are encouraged to bring those.

Don't want to cook anything? We are a short walk or drive from local restaurants.

As this is a church gathering, please refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages.

What Will We Be Doing?
A final schedule will be sent prior to the weekend, but you can count on a mix of teaching, group discussion, and lots of free time. We will arrive Friday afternoon/evening and have fellowship and free time. On Saturday, we will have morning soul care time, followed by free time through dinner. On Sunday morning we will have a rustic church experience, and then we're done, although you're free to hang out as long as you wish.

What Can I Do With all my Free Time?
Lots! We will bring some yard games, and there is great access to fishing, hiking, dirt bike trails, and boating nearby.

What Should I Bring?
A suggested packing list will be sent prior to the weekend, but basically you'll want to bring food, water, clothes, shelter, Bible and journal, and stuff for fun!
The property is situated at a great spot to wade in and fish the Pere Marquette, and is also close to a nearby recreational lake. There are dirt bike trails and hiking nearby as well.
